Must-Have Office Essentials for a Productive Workspace

Creating a workspace that enhances productivity and comfort is essential for anyone working from home or in an office.

Whether you're setting up your home office or upgrading your current setup, having the right tools can make all the difference.

Today, I'm sharing my top office essentials that have transformed my workspace into a haven of efficiency and comfort. Plus, I've included links to my favorite products on Amazon so you can easily find them!

1. HP Laptop

At the top, because it is the most important. The heart of any productive workspace is a reliable laptop. My go-to is the HP Laptop, which combines power, speed, and sleek design. Whether you're handling heavy workloads or multitasking, this laptop won't let you down.

This is the one I use specifically. My goal was to start my business as a Virtual Assistant, and at the time I didn't want to spend too much on any equipment, but still wanted something that wouldn't let me down. My HP laptop was a great find!

Note: I would also suggest checking out Best Buy, as sometimes their pricing for laptops is a little more fair than Amazon.

2. Vertical Mouse

If you are going to be on the computer a lot, like I am, you want to do your best to avoid wrist strain or carpal tunnel. This ergonomic vertical mouse is designed just for you!

No lie, this mouse upgrade was a game changer! It promotes natural hand position, helping you to reduce the risk of repetitive strain injuries and making working more comfortable. (check out the different colors too!

3. Typewriter Light-Up Keyboard

Ok, maybe not ESSENTIAL, but hear me out...

Nostalgia and functionality (plus a little dopamine 😁) brings a little brightness to your day. This is the keyboard essential to MY everyday work. I love the vintage design, combined with modern backlighting. It makes working fun and is useful for late night or early morning work sessions.

4. Flair Pens

While I primarily use my project management tool, Asana, for task management, I still write down small notes on a daily basis. I like to keep my notes vibrant with flair pens; perfect for jotting down ideas, making lists, or adding a pop of color to your planner if you use one.

5. Adjustable Height Desk

Sitting all day can take a toll on your body. I get the perfect balance of sitting and standing with my adjustable height standing desk. Throughout the day, I like to switch positions. It is better for my posture, reducing the risk of sedentary health issues. Plus, if you have the next essential, you will NEED this desk.

6. Under Desk Treadmill

If you have the standing desk, you MUST have this treadmill. Sometimes by days are busy, and this helps me to stay active while I work. It's compact and fits neatly under my desk, allowing me to walk and stay in shape without interrupting my workflow.

7. Amazon Notepads (5x8)

I like to jot down little notes and reminders throughout the day, and these are perfect for limited desk space. They also come in colored paper😊 making your to-do-lists and ideas fun.

8. Leg Cross Chair

Have you tried sitting crisscross-apple-sauce in a chair WITH arms? Nothing compares to the chair with NO arms! For comfortability and flexibility when you are not walking on your treadmill. This armless chair is also great for posture and allows for a more dynamic sitting positions, making working long hours at your computer more bearable. This is what I like, but any of these chairs minus the arms will do!

Did I miss anything?

All of the above essentials have truly transformed my workspace, helping me to be more productive and comfortable throughout my day.
